Recipe:
Ingredients:
  1. Laadi pav – 02
  2. Cadbury Dairy Milk – 6 squares (or more if you love chocolate)
  3. Eggs  – 03
  4. Milk – 1 cup
  5. Cream – 1 cup
  6. Sugar – 1 cup’
  7. Butter/Oil – 2 tbsp
  8. Hershey’s Chocolate Syrup – to serve
Method:
  1. Make a hole in the pav and stuff it with as many squares of Dairy Milk as you want
  2. Mix one whole egg with two egg yolks, the cream, the milk and the sugar. Whisk till the sugar dissolves.
  3. Heat the butter/oil in a pan and put in the stuffed pavs. Cook till toasted and browned on all sides.
  4. Serve drizzled with chocolate syrup and dusted with sugar.
